What Frank is

Frank is a research tool. It reads publicly available reviews and discussions, filters out affiliate bait and marketing-only sources, and synthesizes a ranked comparison using AI. Reports are generated from sources, and every report links to the sources it drew from so you can check our work.

What Frank is not

Reports are informational, not professional advice. Prices, specs, and availability come from sources that go stale; always verify the details on the retailer's page before buying. We are not responsible for the products themselves, the retailers that sell them, or the content of external sites we link to. Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice.

Affiliate relationships

As an Amazon Associate, Chrisputer Labs earns from qualifying purchases. Some outbound links carry affiliate tags and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence rankings — the methodology is described on the About page.

Acceptable use

• −Don't scrape, flood, or automate the research and chat endpoints; they're rate-limited, and abuse gets blocked.
• −Don't submit queries containing other people's personal information — public research pages are generated from queries.
• −Don't attempt to manipulate rankings, inject prompts, or misuse the service to generate harmful content.

Accounts

Accounts exist to keep your search history. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We may remove accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Content and availability

Research reports published on this site may be updated, re-researched, or removed as our quality standards evolve. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chrisputer Labs is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its reports.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
